You will love this delicious and healthy breakfast yogurt bowl with walnuts, honey, chocolate chunks, and berries.
I do love to cook! That does not mean I want to spend my entire day in the kitchen.
Primarily because I really do not like all the dishes and clean up.
While I’m sometimes happy to make an elaborate breakfast, let’s be real it’s hard enough as it is to get out the door in the morning with my two kids.
This is as a super fast recipe; healthy, filling, and very tasty.

Recipe Variations
This recipe is just a baseline. When I make this for my kids I do stir in Thorne protein powder.
My husband has researched protein powders so much over the years. This is one that we currently use in lieu of a multi-vitamin. (We do supplement with a few other vitamins based on time of year, etc.)
Sometimes instead of greek yogurt we use goat or sheep milk yogurt. 100% grass fed is best.
I typically always do walnuts and chocolate chunks, but change it up as you like. You could use cacao nibs instead of chocolate. Personally I can’t let the chocolate go though.
I like to use raw honey, but you could substitute maple syrup.
As far as the berries goes, use whatever you have or like. I tend to go with what’s in season, but strawberries or raspberries are my favorite. As you can see I also use figs or blueberries.
I’m currently eating my bowl with blueberries as I write this as a second breakfast or mid-morning snack.
